Very proud to share my portrait of the incredible Steppers has won Portrait of Britain 2025 as part of the 100 selected images which will be on all JCDecaux display screens across the UK for all of January 2025!

The image will be printed in vol 7 Portrait of Britain book as part of the 200 selected shortlisted photographs that give a comprehensive overview of life in Britain in 2025.

I’m so pleased to be amongst some excellent image makers along with their beautiful portraits with a wide ranging subject matter which makes winning this competition so exciting, given it’s open to everyone to enter.

It is the only competition that puts on an exhibition to such a wide ranging audience with millions of the people seeing it out and about across every touch point in society for free. It’s not behind the paid walls of the gallery institution but seen across the UK - at rail stations on motorway displays to airports, bus stands, in shopping centres and across the high streets from Aberdeen down to the South West.
