What does it mean to be a part of a squad? What happens to the needs of the individual when we work together to pursue group goals? What happens when the needs of individuals clash and we have to work with - and accommodate - differences?

At FBB, we see the complex networks of needs, values and goals that individuals have as the very stuff that makes teams strong, united and able to achieve success as a collective.
